A clear deal is a cheap deal, and we like things clear and light.
Terms of use
By using the Maison Aurora website and shopping with us, you agree to these terms:
- Handmade: our pieces are embroidered and produced by hand, in small batches. Small variations in colour, stitch and finish between units are not defects: they are the signature of handmade work.
- Made to order: much of the catalogue is produced after the order. Production times are in Shipping and lead times.
- Prices: in Brazilian reais (BRL), and may be updated without notice. The valid price is the one shown at the time of purchase. "On request" items have their price arranged by email.
- Exchanges and returns: we follow the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and have kind rules for each type of piece. It is all explained on our Exchanges & Returns page.
- Images and brand: photos, texts and the Maison Aurora logo are for the brand's exclusive use. Please do not use them without permission, deal?

Privacy policy
We take your privacy seriously, with no fine print:
- What we collect: name, email and address, only when you buy, subscribe to the newsletter or join the Snail Mail Club.
- What we use it for: delivering orders, sending the club letters and, if you wish, news by email. That is all.
- What we NEVER do: sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- Your rights (LGPD): you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contato@maisonaurora.com.br.
- Leaving is easy: every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the Snail Mail Club whenever you like.
